• Tên, địa chỉ email và ảnh đại diện từ tài khoản Google khi bạn đăng nhập.
• Tài liệu và hình ảnh bạn tải lên (ảnh dự án, tài liệu bán hàng) và video được tạo ra từ chúng.
• Khi bạn kết nối tài khoản mạng xã hội: mã định danh và tên hiển thị của tài khoản đó, cùng mã truy cập (access token) và mã làm mới (refresh token) do nền tảng cấp.
• Nhật ký kỹ thuật của dịch vụ (thời điểm đăng, trạng thái thành công/thất bại) để vận hành và sửa lỗi.

Khi bạn chọn “Kết nối TikTok”, chúng tôi chỉ xin hai quyền: user.info.basic (đọc tên hiển thị và mã định danh tài khoản để hiển thị bạn đã kết nối đúng tài khoản) và video.publish (đăng video mà bạn đã chọn lên tài khoản của bạn). Chúng tôi không đọc video, tin nhắn, danh sách người theo dõi hay dữ liệu cá nhân nào khác trên TikTok, không đăng gì khi bạn chưa yêu cầu, và không dùng dữ liệu TikTok cho quảng cáo hay bán cho bên thứ ba.

Cung cấp chức năng bạn yêu cầu: đăng nhập, tạo video, đăng video lên tài khoản bạn đã kết nối, hẹn giờ đăng, hiển thị trạng thái và hỗ trợ khi có lỗi. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không dùng để quảng cáo.

Mã truy cập của mạng xã hội được lưu trên máy chủ của chúng tôi, chỉ dùng để gọi API của nền tảng đó thay mặt bạn, và không hiển thị cho người khác. Kết nối dùng HTTPS. Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu khi tài khoản còn hoạt động và xoá theo yêu cầu của bạn (mục 7).

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu khi cần để cung cấp dịch vụ: gửi video/nội dung tới nền tảng bạn chọn đăng (Facebook, TikTok) và dùng nhà cung cấp hạ tầng, dịch vụ AI để xử lý ảnh, giọng đọc và dựng video. Ngoài ra chỉ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

Bạn có thể ngắt kết nối tài khoản mạng xã hội bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt của ứng dụng, hoặc thu hồi quyền ngay trong phần cài đặt bảo mật của TikTok/Facebook/Google. Để xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu đã lưu, gửi email tới [email protected]; chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.

• Name, email address and profile picture from your Google account when you sign in.
• Documents and images you upload (project photos, sales material) and the videos generated from them.
• When you connect a social account: that account's identifier and display name, plus the access token and refresh token issued by the platform.
• Technical service logs (publish time, success/failure status) used to operate the service and fix errors.

When you choose “Connect TikTok” we request only two permissions: user.info.basic (to read your display name and account identifier so you can confirm the correct account is connected) and video.publish (to publish videos you have selected to your own account). We do not read your videos, messages, followers or any other personal data on TikTok, we never post anything you have not asked for, and we do not use TikTok data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

To provide the features you request: sign-in, video creation, publishing to the accounts you connected, scheduled publishing, status display and error support. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Social-platform tokens are stored on our servers, used only to call that platform's API on your behalf, and are never shown to other users. Connections use HTTPS. We keep data while your account is active and delete it on request (section 7).

We share data only as needed to deliver the service: sending videos and captions to the platform you choose to publish to (Facebook, TikTok), and using infrastructure and AI providers to process images, voice and video. Otherwise only when required by law.

You can disconnect a social account at any time in the app's Settings, or revoke access in the security settings of TikTok, Facebook or Google. To delete your account and all stored data, email [email protected]; we process requests within 30 days.

When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top.
